Heating / Cooling Gel Pack
A compress made of soft gel for heating or cooling – provides quick relief at any time as needed for pain from strained muscles, stiff joints, headaches, and neck and back pain.
The gel pack is multi-purpose and reusable, non-toxic, and can be heated in a microwave or frozen in a freezer for heat or cold therapy, as needed.
Instructions for use:
Heating in hot water: Immerse in boiling water for a maximum of 8–10 minutes.
Microwave heating: Place the pack in a container with water, fully cover the pack with water, and heat for a maximum of 2 minutes. Remove and check. If the gel pack has not reached the desired temperature, heat again for up to 30 seconds each time until the desired temperature is reached.
Cooling: Freeze the pack for about two hours in the freezer.
